2. A Healthy Church Ratio Analysis
Every quarter, The Healthy Church Connection provides each partner with 1) an analysis of the current data received from each church,2) a comparative analysis of the church's past performance, and 3) a comparative analysis of all churches of the same size and demographic composition in the database.
3. A Healthy Church Trend Analysis
Every quarter, The Healthy Church Connection provides each partner with an analysis of current ministry trends and a comparative analysis of all churches in The Healthy Church Connection broken down by church size and demographic composition. The sample report illustrates a quarterly trend analysis for Worship. This form of trend analysis is also available for fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelism.
4. A Comparative Analysis
A comparative analysis of all churches of the same size and demographic composition that have grown consistently by more than 10% over the past 3threeyears is available in the survey, Ratio, and Trend Analysis sections of the Healthy Church Connection. We provide each partner church with current benchmarks from the fastest-growing churches using The Healthy Church Connection and Ministry ToolBox Products.
5. The Pastor's Forum
Committed to improving the health of each partner, The Healthy Church Connection established The Pastor's Forum, directed by a 1tenmember Advisory Board that identifies ministry issues impacting church health. Each month, The Advisory Board posts to The Pastor's Forum the selected topic and its response. Throughout the month, partners are invited to participate in The Pastor's Forum by adding their comments on the discussed issue.
6. The Vary Idea Project Exchange
To ensure a consistent flow of new ideas and projects to improve church health, The Healthy Church Connection created The Vary Idea Project Exchange. Every month, the senior consultants of Church Growth Resources select the best idea or project and post it to Resources | Best Practices. This free project is available to anyone who logs on to The Healthy Church Connection. As a subscriber to the Healthy Church Connection, each member has available all uploaded member projects. Through the exchange, partners can share their implementation experience and results.
7. The Healthy Church Connection Online News
Encouragement is a critical component of building a healthy church. To encourage its partners, The Healthy Church Connection produces its Online News each quarter, providing a summary of the issues and comments discussed in The Pastor's Forum, reviewing the results of ideas completed through The Vary Idea Exchange, outlining new ministry trends, presenting partners success stories and relevant articles on key topics and directing partners to websites supporting church health.
8. The Healthy Church Conference and Training Events
Annually, The Healthy Church Connection presents keynote speakers, workshops, and resources aimed at creating and maintaining a healthy church environment. Throughout the year, Church Growth Resources, in conjunction with The Healthy Church Connection, provides Training Events to assist churches in gaining the most significant impact from their ToolBox software.
Partners in The Healthy Church Connection receive substantial discounts for The Healthy Church Conference and all Training Events. Updates to ToolBox software users are provided to partners in The Healthy Church Connection on a priority basis.
9. Service Providers
Service Providers are ministries and organizations that provide products and services to partners in the Healthy Church Connection at significant savings. In many cases, only partners qualify for these discounts. Each Service Provider has been screened and approved by the Healthy Church Connection for their shared vision and values and for maintaining a high standard of excellence. Partners are notified of the specials to partners only through a link between the Service Provider and this website.
